Up to 5 scholarships are offered for predoctoral research in centers of excellence in the United States in any discipline, for a period of between nine and twelve months.
The Commission of Cultural, Educational and Scientific Exchange between Spain and the United States of America convenes a maximum of 5 Fulbright scholarships for Spanish doctoral students who are interested in carrying out predoctoral research projects in a US institution during the academic year 2019-2020.

Submission of applications: From October 1st to November 30th, 2018.

Scholarship endowment: includes round trip; maintenance; project expenses and compulsory academic fees; medical and accident insurance.

Requirements: have completed the first Doctorate course in Spain; have the research plan approved; have a positive evaluation and the support of the thesis supervisor; have an invitation letter from a US institution.
